Our team has extensive expertise in advising and assisting with private placement transactions, which are generally confidential. Over the past years, we have represented issuers and/or financial advisors in private placement transactions followed by an IPO or direct listing, involving issuers from various industries. KLA Firm has also assisted many public joint-stock companies with capital increases and reductions. Our capital markets team is the most active in Saudi Arabia, having led almost all the rights issues that have taken place in the Kingdom (whether representing issuers or underwriters).
