Biography
Fawaz Al-Ddubaikhi is the Managing Partner of KLA, one of the leading law firms in the Region.
In his role, Fawaz is responsible for establishing and executing upon KLA’s strategic
priorities, including advancing business initiatives, and promoting a culture of
performance, collaboration, and collegiality. Commitment to these priorities has helped
KLA deepen its practice area expertise.
Fawaz has experience in a wide variety of complex commercial litigation and arbitration
matters, on securities, real estate, construction, tax, banking, insurance, M&A, corporate governance matters, shareholder, and other complex commercial disputes throughout the
Region.
Fawaz focuses on high-profile, complex commercial litigation in trial courts across the Region. Fawaz represents individuals and private equity companies in a diverse set of matters, including antitrust and unfair competition cases, corporate finance litigation,
energy disputes, mergers and acquisition, real estate, construction, tax, banking, insurance litigation, shareholders, and securities cases, and data privacy and information security
litigation.
