Biography
Jana is a legal associate, graduated with a bachelor’s degree of law. She pursued her studies in masters at Lebanese University of profound common law and she joined the Tripoli Bar Association. Jana obtained a certificate about skills of identifying needs and career planning from (Arab planning institute)– Kuwait.
Jana is a member of KLA Firm, she provides consultancy services for a number of companies in corporation with all the team work, law services related to different kind of documents offered to varies clients according to exchange market regulations, such as: limited legal due diligence reports, registration documents, prospectus in relation with direct listing and IPO, transfer shares from NOMU to TASI and she is expert in legal review of contracts, agreements and corporate governance policies.
