Biography
Laurena Al Adaymy, an attorney admitted to the Bar Association, completed her legal education at the Lebanese University in 2019, earning a Master’s degree in Contract Law with a commendable Very Good grade. Her extensive expertise spans over three years of dedicated practice in a prominent law firm, where she conducted in-depth studies on numerous legal cases. Beyond her work within the law firm, Laurena has actively engaged with various international non governmental organizations, contributing her legal insights to the broader legal community. This exposure has enriched her perspective and strengthened her proficiency in navigating diverse legal landscapes.
Laurena’s commitment to the field is underscored by her involvement with multiple associations, reflecting a dedication to promoting legal awareness and advocating for justice. Her multifaceted experience positions her as a dynamic and resourceful professional in the legal domain. In 2023, Laurena joined KLA as an Associate. She works on updating the limited due diligence reports and prospectuses. Her responsibilities extended to meticulously reviewing contracts, agreements, and governance policies, alongside scrutinizing and amending bylaws.
