Biography
Advising on the initial public offering (IPO), rights issue, direct listing and other securities matters in the main market (TASI) and the parallel market (Nomu) market and performing the related legal due diligence report on a wide range of companies operating within various industries, including but not limited: transportation, industry, education, port services, capital market institutions, real estate, oil & gas, cooperative insurance, pharmaceuticals, hospitals and healthcare, food industries, telecom and information technology and media and communication… and preparing any required documentation for filing to CMA and Stock Exchange of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Furthermore, Nihal has played a key role in companies structuring and restructuring efforts, corporate governance, M&A and general corporate advisory services.
