• Assisting and advising the Ministry of Water and Electricity (MOWE) (currently known under new title) in formulating a Comprehensive Water Act and its implementing regulations in the Kingdom

• Advising Constructions Mécaniques de Normandie SA on the KSA procurement law and regulations and its procurement contract for high speed vessels with the Ministry of Defence.
