Biography
Graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree as the top of her class, Sarah pursued her studies in France where she chose to specialize in Business Law, particularly in distribution law. Sarah Sarah Lahoud Senior associate Saudi Arabia | Lebanon : slahoud@klafirm.com : +966 58 365 2876 acquired knowledge in different areas such as distribution contracts and networks, unfair commercial practices, ICT & e-commerce. In 2018, Sarah has been admitted to the Tripoli Bar Association.
Since 2020, Sarah is an active team member who provided consultancy services for Saudi companies in relation to various corporate and securities transactions, including Direct Listing, IPO, and Rights Issue. Recently, Sarah participated in the sukuk issuance and listing on the Saudi main market through a Special Purpose Entity, which is the first of its kind in Saudi Arabia.
Sarah also advises clients on matters relating to Foreign Investment Act and Companies Law of Saudi Arabia. Prior joining KLA, Sarah was an associate at AlSaleh, AlSahli &Partners LLP in co-operation with Daher Firm.
